About Me
Let me introduce myself; I am Cosmo, a mixed media artist from the western USA. I have been experimenting with various media since I was younger and have continued to enjoy traditional and digital art throughout my life. I have dabbled in sculpting, photography, video editing, voice acting and welding. I have an insatiable appetite for learning and trying just about any new thing. Terms of Service
Please read the following before commissioning me:Commissions are for personal use only. Please repost and share your comissioned art. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission. I value quality and detail and put time into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Payment
Payment is via PayPal or Kofi.For Orders Over $50:
An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working for orders. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Commissions under $50 are only refundable if I deem necessary on my end and have not been completed in a reasonable amount of time.Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
